Medallions should be installed in mortar bed allowing ¾" for thickness of the medallion.
Medallions should be clean and free of foreign matter. Handle gently as marble is delicate, prior to installation.
Sub floor must be clean and level.
After mortar is applied lower medallion into place. Edge of medallion is grouted to surrounding material.
Installer should seal medallion no sooner than seven days.
No traffic should be allowed on medallion for 48 hours after installation, no heavy traffic for two weeks after installation.
After installation owner should keep stone clean, sealed and grout joints in good repair.

A Mortar bed should be applied to set a 3/8" medallion. Trimstonetm medallions can be set using either a mortar bed or a "Thin Set" application.

Seller is not responsible for, shall have no liability for, and does not warrant against: shade variation, crazing or wear on stone, or injury caused by slipping, mishap, or other injury due to surface characteristics. Trimstonetm is a marble veneer product and is not recommended for use on floors in high-traffic areas or floors which might be ground and polished. Trimstonetm is also not recommended for exterior applications. Use of the product in any of these locations will negate the terms of the warranty.
